What cleaning services do you offer?
We offer a wide range of cleaning services including carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, wood floor cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, mattress cleaning, pet stains and odor removal. If there is a particular cleaning service you need that is not mentioned, simply ask!
Are your cleaning products safe for households with small children and pets?
Yes. We don't use any harsh or dangerous chemicals, and our products consist of a cleaning formula that is safe for your family and pets.
How often should I have my carpets, upholstery, and tile & grout cleaned?
The IICRC suggests all floor and upholstery be professionally cleaned every 12-18 months. If you have kids, pets, or if someone in your home has asthma or allergies, it’s advisable to do it more frequently.
How should I prepare for a cleaning?
Remove as much as you can from the carpet or floor surface that we will be cleaning (all small items, including furniture). We will move end tables, night stands, or light furniture, provided they are cleared off so we can safely move them. For upholstery, please remove all personal items prior to the cleaning. Vacuuming before we arrive is recommended and appreciated. We will have hoses that come from our van to the property. We will need to park as close as we can to the structure, with clear path to enter, and we will keep a door cracked open with our hoses coming in as we work.
How long will it take for the floors and upholstery to dry?
For carpets and area rugs, generally it’ll take between 6 – 10 hours. With upholstery it takes between 4-6 hours, and for tile and grout, between 2-4 hours. The more air moving after we are done cleaning the faster the floor or upholstery will dry. Ceiling fans, additional fans, air conditioning or heat will all help accelerate the dry time.
